At Paul Radio Stores, we want customers to receive the correct product in proper condition. This Refund & Return Policy explains the general process for reporting damaged, defective or incorrect products purchased from us.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact Paul Radio Stores promptly after delivery.

Provide:

• Order or invoice details
• Product name and model
• Description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Unboxing video, where available or reasonably requested

These details help us verify and resolve the issue more efficiently.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Where a return is approved, the product should normally be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty documents and other items supplied with it.

Products should not be intentionally damaged, modified or misused.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Subject to applicable consumer rights, returns may generally not be accepted where:

• The customer ordered an incorrect model despite receiving accurate product information.
• The product has been damaged through misuse or improper handling.
• The product has been modified, repaired or tampered with by an unauthorized person.
• Accessories, packaging or important supplied components are missing.
• Damage results from using the instrument beyond its specified ratings.
• The return is requested solely because the customer no longer wants a correctly supplied and functioning product, where no such return right has been offered.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to customers under applicable law.

5. Inspection of Returned Products

Returned products may be inspected before a replacement or refund is approved.

If technical verification is required, the product may need to be checked by Paul Radio Stores, the manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

6. Replacement

Where a return is approved and replacement is appropriate, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we will communicate the available options to the customer.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through an appropriate payment method after the returned product and claim have been verified.

Banking and payment-provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount appears in the customer’s account.

8. Shipping Charges on Returns

Responsibility for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return.

Where the return results from an incorrect, damaged or otherwise eligible product supplied by us, applicable arrangements will be communicated to the customer.

For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted.

9. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Some technical problems may fall under the manufacturer’s warranty rather than the store return process.

In such cases, warranty service will be handled according to the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms, service procedure and eligibility conditions.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and any eligible return will be handled according to the applicable return conditions.
